Open Question: Transfer Chances Please?

Cuban American male who goes to community college. Spent 1st year of college at a good liberal arts school but was unable to return because of dicey financial aid. 3.6 GPA at first school (27 credits) 3.9 GPA at community college so far (31 credits), Planned 31 credits this year looking to transfer in as a junior only expecting 60 credits to transfer from my 3 years of school. retook SAT and got a 760 on Critical Reading, 640 on Math and 740 on Writing took a couple of SAT Subject Tests over Summer. 710 on U.S history, 720 on World History, 680 on Literature. I'm planning to be an English and History double major when I transfer. Excellent professor recommendations from my community college.
