i havnt. but theres this huge dude that is always trying to fight me. and i aint worried about hand to hand fighting. and ik i culd beat him. but if i do then he'll never let it go. so i dont want to fight him. but if he comes up to me pushing me and stuff like that and i have a legal knife on me do i have the right to stab him? i live in north carolina and im 15. i aint a punk and i havnt backed down from any of his fights. and i have fought him before and ive won all 3 times. im just tired of it. and ive tried getting authorities involved but theres never enough "proof" that we fought because he never left any marks on me and he would always say his busted lip came from something else. so just for future reference if i stabbed him when he came at me without any provoction from me would it be justified in court?...
